You’ll revisit what lights you up, what drives you, and what you're naturally great at, then start capturing idea sparks, problems and curiosities that feel bold, exciting, or just won’t leave you alone.
WEEK 2 (GROUP): Stretch Your Thinking & Sketch Possibilities
Using playful prompts, guided creativity tools, and peer inspiration, we’ll transform your sparks into idea fragments. You’ll craft powerful questions, experiment with unexpected formats, and begin shaping early concepts that feel exciting and meaningful.
WEEK 3 (INDIVIDUAL): Your 1:1 Clarity Session
This is where it all starts to click. In a personalized 1:1 coaching session, we’ll reflect on what’s rising, identify your strongest ideas, and co-create an ‘idea filter’ to help you focus on the ones that are aligned, energising, and worth exploring next.
WEEK 4 (GROUP): Shape, Evolve & Own Your Ideas
We’ll give form to your favourite ideas, outlining what they are, who they’re for, and why they matter. We’ll explore simple ways to test or talk about them, and name any mindset blocks that are getting in the way.
WEEK 5 (GROUP): Share, Celebrate & Reflect
If you feel comfortable, you’ll have the chance to share an idea with the group, reflect on how far you’ve come, and receive encouragement from others who’ve watched your journey. You’ll walk away with your Idea Bank, momentum, and a clear next step, even if it’s just the first of many.
